This box is impressive. I would have to get it but the problem is my car was confiscated for recall. Barbara Boxer, a California State Senator, has announced a bill that will ban NHTSA staff from holding jobs with auto producers for at least three years once they quite working with NHTSA. NHTSA, National Highway Traffic Safety Administration, has been held responsible for many of the latest recalls, including Toyotas several safety flaws. The issue is that Toyota's cars aren't being looked over strongly enough by the engineers with NHTSA because they are understaffed. My question is, why can't the NHTSA engineers work at an auto making firm? Wouldn't a NHTSA worker be a good thing for the auto company, specifically being on the front lines of auto manufacturing? I will investigation this more because clearly I must be missing some details.
